		National Park of Noux The National Park of Nuuksio was founded in 1994. It consists of over 3000 hectares. At its barest spots you can imagine being in Finnish Lapland, hundreds of kilometers north. The highest rock tops covered with lichen rise up to 110 m above sea level. Flying squirrels, divers, red throated divers, several types of owls, lynx, bears and white-tailed deer are the densest population in Europe. In the autumn the woods are full of berries and mushrooms. You can find many small lakes and ponds in the area.
